Inspired by the IDW comics, here's a little weapon addon for Siege Impactor, his blaster!
As always, the blaster is sized with a 5mm peg to fit Impactor's (or other bots' hands) and also has a muzzle sized to allow for the Siege Effects to be placed into it.
So after working on the hook hand for Impactor - the 2 other large bugbears reared their head! These were the really hollow back portions of the lower waist and legs and also the fact the the canon on top wasn't centered.
So it was time to whip up some quick fixes for them:
So the filler plates are somewhat similar to the ones for Ratchet from before and simply slide into place to cover the unsightly hollowed parts. Since there was more space on the lower leg portion, threw in a 5mm peg hole for good measure to allow for weapons and such to be attached.
The other small fix is a little peg piece, which will allows the canon to be mounted, via its 5mm peg hole, onto the little slot that is on the back of Impactor's head when the head is folded down in tank mode. This allows the canon to be centered in alt mode and also gives it a bit of elevation.
This model comes in 3 parts which will need to be glued together. Due to the small size of the hook itself, it may be better to be printed in resin if you have access to that:
