You would need to take apart the kibble on your Haslab Unicron. Two leg pieces pop off easily and the other two leg pieces and backpack require one screw each to take apart. There are good Youtube videos out there we have seen on how to take the kibble apart.
We have included the upgrade insert in a single file fully assembled to show how it goes together or if you have the ability to print it out as one solid piece. Or if you wanted to chop it up to print a different way than we have.
Also a few optional files are included of a shorter wing peg insert and splitting up the back to print the spikes in a thicker way so they are not as fragile. We printed most of the insert with a .20 infill. the beam pegs printed at .50 infill
There is also a optional pin file to print to help line up and connect the parts together, we however used a standard shelf metal pins instead.
To assemble slide two pins into beam 1 to be ready to connect it into beam 2. Slide one beam into the stand connector. Take note of the pictures or main file to see orientation. You can just leave it plugged in or glue it in place which we had done. Then take the front section beam and plug it into the front hole of the stand connecter, again gluing in place if wanted. Then take the front section beam and plug it into the other end of the Front section, this will need to be glued into place. Next take the Beam Pegs and slide them into the hole at the bottom of beam 1 and beam 2, again glue in place if wanted. Finally take beam wing pegs and place pins into the center to line up and plug into the edge pieces of beam 1 and beam 2.
Installing into Unicron in planet mode: Take the assembled insert and slide the Beam pegs portion into the bars towards the bottom half of unicron in planet mode, they will slide into the same ports that were on the leg kibble on either side. Then the middle bottom of the planet panel will tab into the two connector pieces at the end of the insert. You may also now insert the original Unicron stand into the connector port of the insert. Then place the middle top panel of the Unicron Planet kibble folded out into place connecting it to the other tab connecter pieces of the insert. You may now finish installing the other parts of the Unicron kibble and spikes
